We spend a huge portion of our time every day sleeping. About a third of our life is spent in bed, and this time is very important in determining how well we will perform our daily tasks as well as how healthy we are and how good we feel overall.

Synthetic materials in the mattress or sheets can make it difficult for your skin to breathe and can cause you to overheat during the night. Chemicals used in these products are also bad for your health. Natural bedding is a much better option.

Another benefit of wool bedding and flooring is that it is antibacterial and therefore will not begin to smell over time or after exposed to certain liquids such as sweat or foods.
